PDF beta
PDF Merge API
Joins an ordered list of PDFs into one file, all or nothing.
Takes an ordered list of PDFs and returns one PDF with the pages in that order. If any input cannot be read, the job fails as a whole and nothing is charged. Results are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
What it does
- Pages come out in the order you list the PDFs
- All or nothing: an unreadable input fails the job and charges $0.00
- Encrypted or signed inputs are refused with a clear error, never silently altered
- Synchronous for small results; larger ones run in the background with a webhook

any input cannot be read, the whole job fails and you are not charged.
Questions
Does a failed merge cost anything?
No. If any input cannot be read, the job fails as a whole, no file is returned, and the charge is $0.00.
In what order are the pages joined?
In the order you list the PDFs. The first URL comes first, and the pages keep their order inside each file.
